Interesting if true.
I would assume this means that Kimura do not have their exclusivity yet.
And if not, it now looks apparent why they haven’t been granted exclusivity.
Whilst I fully agree all I want is a club to support next year.. my concern is again the court case on the 12th. If Ron is ****ing potential buyers around who is to say the don't all walk and we are left with him?
We need a lot of signings at this rate if we lose all out of contract players.
I'm not sure anyone can take a season battling at the wrong end of the league
I don't know what your trying to say but I've been going to roots hall for almost 25 yearsTo answer your point. I can.
I don't support Southend because I expect them to be challenging in whatever league they are in.
I support them because my dad took me to roots Hall when I was a kid and caught the bug.
Ron has to sell.
His race is run.
We will eventually be sold and have a new custodian at the helm.
The 12th of July isn't the be all and end all.
Is this all a pain the the arse? Course ot is. But you can't keep catastrophising the 12th.
There's a lot of knowledgeable people on here. Read what they have to say.
Weston Homes are not estate agents - they are builders. It won’t be them. Not sure if mentioned on here but more likely to be Weston Homes maybe?
Sponsored Col u stadium for first ten years and now sponsor peterboros!
Can’t think of an estate agent likely to do that though spicer haart are headquartered in Colchester
I don't know what your trying to say but I've been going to roots hall for almost 25 years
My main priority is obviously keeping the club going but you cannot sit there and tell me you are not concerned if this drags on into the start of the new season??
If we stay under embargo until the 5th of August we really are in danger
Please KIMURA hurry up... I cannot take another second of this rat
Usually ignore posts using rather pathetic personal abuse but see I can't as presumably the poster is something to do with SZ. Noblesse oblige, noblesse oblige.I keep saying this though. In the grand scheme of things, does it matter?
Losing some of our players, having to put up with consolidation next season and pushing back the promotion bid by a season......frustrating, no doubt.
But as long as that cretin and his family is gone, and the sale has been done properly and not hampered by the rush so that something comes back to bite us later, does it really matter as much as you're suggesting?
Wouldn't be surprised if Cowling and Weston homes are in some way involved though with the interest .Having previous with Ron and developing stadiums and housing would tie in nicely.Weston Homes are not estate agents - they are builders. It won’t be them.
Is that a real question?Out if interest, what's the beef with estate agents?
I think you’re a bit younger than me so won’t have experienced the catastrophic effect of Bairstow Eves and it’s owners on non league clubs in Essex in the 1970’s.Interesting view and I'm open to changing my mind, but I'm interested in what you said.
Off the top of my head, other than Ron and the bloke at Bury, what other examples of people in property owning clubs not being a good thing can you name?
I'm not saying you specifically, but a lot of people without much knowledge (myself included) have been a but seduced by the shiny shiny of Kimura .
I think anyone with a successful business pedigree willing to get involved in the omnishambles of our club, deserve the chance to make an offer and if that takes time, we have to accept that.
It depends which regional estate agent you're talking about, if it's Haart, they're wealthy but would probably need investment backing, if its Jon Hunt (Foxtrons)... well, he's worth 1.3 billion, so I think he would be okay.Surely a regional estate agency doesn't have the amount of funds needed to persuade RM to sell?
