Is that a real question?
Yeah apologies. I've personally not had an issue.

If it’s the bloke worth 1.2billion that might be better then Kimura who would have to leverage the funds that would come at an expense to the club at some point down the line?

Anyway Wolfy said CP was missing a bidder so could then be a further part to this equation which would match up with the 3 horse race picture he posted.
I guess this will be going up to the 12th when we are back in court and HMRC want their money. So one more month of this ****?
Very true but I can’t think of many hedge funds that have a good repI hear what you’re saying, but the character of the people who ultimately take charge is probably the most important thing.
In addition, it’s no good having deep pockets if you’ve got short arms and don’t care about collateral damage as you go along.
Absolutely true, but then again I don’t know about you but i don’t really understand what they do well enough to form my own considered view - and then be able to sort the good guys from the less than good ones! Besides, that’s not what Kimura do so it’s not really relevant.Very true but I can’t think of many hedge funds that have a good rep
Its only good thing if those so called interested parties are actually interested in the club...... to me this second interested party are only interested in properties. Just another Ron (admittedly richer version which isn't a bad thing)Forgive my ignorance, but what's the issue with the estate agents?
I thought the narrative was "anyone but Ron"?
I personally see it as a good thing that there is more interest.
The next few weeks will be tough to take with players leaving, no signings etc.
I think it'll all be OK in the end.
R u sure Ron didn’t start off as an estate agent ?Why does it matter where they are from or based?
Ron isn't and wasn't an estate agent. Not sure I see the correlation.
Out if interest, what's the beef with estate agents? If they have enough money to do the deal, it would suggest they are very successful at what they do?
Some chancer. Interesting phrasing.
A chancer who has enough cash to buy a soccer club and potentially a stadium development. Sounds like the sort if chancer we should be speaking to.
Good job Kimura don't run a hedge fund then. Main business is commodity trade finance.I supposed we should be g

He did at the House purchase centre or HPC as they were known. They went down the pan owing huge bills everywhere....Hmm.R u sure Ron didn’t start off as an estate agent ?
Oh but dates do matter. We are walking along the cliff edge knocking off larger and larger chunks. With each day that passes we edge closer to one of those chunks being the club. We are playing russian roulette with every deadline we play chicken with. We also wave goodbye to potential targets and existing players we'd ideally hope to keep, including coaching staff. Each day that passes is damaging.I can say that.
After the last 5 years of free fall, I'm choosing to be patient.
Again, you've now mentioned August 5th.
Don't look that far ahead.
There are now 2 parties reported to be interested in the purchase of our club. All the signs show there are people who want to take over. That's good.
It's just not healthy to suggest if not sorted by 12th July it'll be a disaster. When it's explained that isn't right, it becomes the 5th of August.
Of course, if we never come out of an embargo, it'll be because the club has gone bust.
But groups are interested and its a complex deal to do.
Dd done on kimura maybe? And they haven’t got the funds that Ron’s wants!!Kirmua - it was 95% done last week or week before.
Maybe, they don't have the funds in place to buy? The club may of asked for proof of funds. Like any transaction. They may not be so forthcoming. As a result, club bk on market?
It's not the ex foxtons man. The other 2 bidders are Ron MK2 no thanks.
Who knows!?!
Yes, I think the sticking point is Roots Hall.Dd done kimura maybe? And they haven’t got the funds that Ron’s wants!!

No, he started off a reserve for the Team GB Olympic bobsleigh team.R u sure Ron didn’t start off as an estate agent ?

I'd say 12th is a very important date. We survived last time based on the prospect of being close to a deal. If that looks like it's further away or collapsing, the court might lose confidence.
Why would an estate agent want to buy a football club which has plans to relocate and build homes on both sites?Based in what? There is zero evidence of this.
