I wasn't there - only going by what the person on Twitter said which was "adjourned" and they also used the words "High Court" - I wonder if the magistrate did the initial hearing and decided it was above their pay grade?

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that the club are trading whilst insolvent. That opens up some real challenges and issues not just for RM but all directors If either administration or Insolvency now happen.

That's been the case for sometime though. I guess my point is it's not 100% certain we get wound up. There's a chance, if Ron can show some progress, that judge gives more time. What that chance is I don't know 10%, 20%, 50%?
 
Surely it's about time the FA or someone stepped in and arbitrate a deal based on the Rat not being fit and proper.

Every month another debt appears.

Who is in charge of the decisions around payments, surely others within the club know we have these mounting sums owing.
