Fingers crossed. I don’t think it was ever impossible to sell club independently. Just didn’t suit both sides (for different reasons obviously).

Guys, I was thinking about having a whip round for Chris seeing as he is one of the few people on this earth that works over his hours (although he don't like to talk about it) and isn't sleeping too well.
I believe a night in the Premier Inn Canary Wharf and a couple of brasses should relieve some of his stress, and hopefully get the boy a bit of much needed shut eye.

They will clear the external creditors debt they agreed to take with the club
If you mean the £18m of interco debts I’m sure that won’t come across and will disappear. It would be interesting to see how that plays out in other balance sheets but the relevant accounts won’t be published for many months and by then the deals with SCC will be signed and, perhaps, even planning could be approved. Doubt it has a cash impact.
