I guess it’s a technical question for one of our legal eagles. My understanding was that PG joined Stewart’s Law’s petition. If that is withdrawn, what does that mean for PG? Would they need to submit their own fresh petition (presumably for a different date)? Or would they automatically become sole petitioner on the current petition?

It’s probably academic, because I’m pretty confident that COSU will reach an agreement with PG (if there’s an agreement to be had) ahead of tomorrow.

The odds are directly proportional to whether the grubby, greedy rats see it as in their financial interest to keep the club hostage still or not. Possibly with a bit of hesitancy to vacate the spotlight (which owning the club brings) thrown in.
