We haven't viewed anything yet. Stella was paranoid that we'd find somewhere perfect and it would go before we got the mortgage sorted so we agreed not to look properly until we were in a position to snap something up. We have obviously looked online at the area we want and the size of house and based our mortgage a little bit above that price range.

Just remember to make sure everyone knows when your mortgage offer runs out, we get occasional sales where an obstacle comes up which causes long delays and means some buyers need to get new offers, which obviously incurs more costs. Be clear from the start!

Nah, nothing to do with that lot, just a bit quite on the work front at weekends. A lot of sites not working recently. This will be my first weekend off in a month what with doing a couple of CPC courses as well so I'm making the most of this one.
