Looking for a place to buy in Burnham on Crouch. See one pop up late yesterday evening. Ring first thing this morning and it has already been sold... This has only happened 4 times now :( Massively frustrating.
Rightmove is the last point of instruction for many agents currently. In our own case, we launch on our social media first with "sneak peeks" on Facebook and Instagram and also phone out to "key" people (this might be people where we're trying to help them complete a chain), then, secondly, it's emailed out to our database, then it goes onto the portals like Rightmove. We've often filled up viewing slots from the first two, usually over the two days before they hit Rightmove. Definitely make sure you're registered with agents and don't rely on the portals, I think Church & Hawes are quite good in that area?

I've never been to the Palace but heard good things about it. It's more like a West End Theatre I'm told. They're owned by the same company I think. They both do well though, we're lucky to see some good shows in the City.
I love the Palace Theatre! Spent a good part of my A-level prep there, sketching "under the stage" for life drawing - where they had Joseph & the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat for 3 months, as I was friendly (*ahem*) with some of the cast and had a friend who was assistant Stage Manager. Saw it about 30 times during that run as it was only £1 for students, usually ended up on stage joining in with the end of part 1 dance and sing a long! Went to a few post show parties there and also spent my 18th birthday there, in a box for the last night of the panto season, which had a lot of the same actors in, and had them all singing to me so loads of happy memories.

Have seen lots of shows/plays there over the years, including Cannon & Ball in a play about 12 years ago and most recently an am dram production of "Elf" last Christmas. Always pick the front row of the back stalls for the best leg room.

I did about 6 shows there in late 60s early 70s with Alexander Bridge's Theatre Workshop, which was a mix of amateurs and Palace professionals. Absolutely love the place and the atmosphere it creates, especially when it was full to the gods.

To the total arsehole that scraped my driver's door with his white flatback van in Wickes car park, I wish you a very heavy painful hernia and an even heavier chesty cough. I've T cut the white paint scrapes out of the bodywork but the dents will need panel beating and then a door re-spray - £300 was the quote from Dents in Southchurch Road. Not surprisingly the **** that did it left no note or apology.

Ring up Wicks and get the CCTV footage. I had the same thing a few years back. My car was parked down my road, luckily the house where my car was parked outside had a Ring doorbell.... The Police gave the person who did it a knock. It's worth trying.

Sure do, it’s currently a fixed duty of 57.95p per litre plus the 20pct vat.…still leaving record margins for garages after the oil companies deduct their costs. Asides which, whilst oil price is on the slide it’s not being reflected at the pumps.

And it doesn't go up in price while in the ground tanks below the garage, or in tanker, or oil depot BUT when bought and sold either at refinery, pipe line or at sea, as a commodity.
It is blatant profiteering just as it was during last year's fuel shortage.
