Liverpool fans thinking they’ve won the league already. I’m fed up of all the rubbish on social media about them and Virgil Van Dijk. I really hope they **** it up like they did the year Gerrard slipped. There would be nothing worse than Liverpool or Tottenham winning the league. Their fans are by far the worst and most annoying out there.

Who gives a **** who wins it? Plastic Mancs? Racist Chelsea fans? Really couldn't give two ****s.

Panto was a bit meh (Robin Hood). Strayed from the norm (no Panto dame for example, an out of place 3D bit that scared the kids, a dinosaur???), a bit too many adult jokes. Seen better.

Not as though I watched it, but it turns out Jools Holland's Hootenanny is pre-recorded sometime in September. Shocked and.....well not bothered really.

Getting out of the car park at Roots Hall at the end today - total ****ing gridlock cos most people were trying to pile out down the bottom end of Vic Avenue! Eventually opened the gates to Fairfax at 5.20!

Someone on another site was saying they remember seeing Queen there right back in the very early days just about the time Seven Seas of Rye was released.

As Southend Leos formed, it was our first official meeting place in the mid 80s and we held many a disco there. Very sad.
I am sure that Queen never played there , they played The Kursall when they supported Mott The Hoople and stayed at The Roslin Hotel . I know they played over Canvey at The 1066 club .

I saw Queen at Porters on Westborough Road.

Harry Kane MBE, they will literally give them to anyone these days.

Don't want to discredit Kane, he is only the 2nd English golden boot winner in my lifetime so don't begrudge him. I think it's the inconsistency that annoys people though. I feel particularly sad for Jimmy Greaves given his achievements in the game that he gets overlooked when many of his peers who weren't as successful have been recognised. Particularly sad as it could be the last chance for him to see himself recognised in this way and it would have meant a lot to him.

3 pens, 2 tap ins and 1 he knew nothing about against sub par opponents. Personally I thought he was very selfish taking the pen when John Stones already had two goals and was on a hat trick. Not often a player like Stones would get the chance to score a hat trick. A real captain would’ve let him take it, we were well ahead and never going to lose that game. There are far better sportsmen out there who have achieved more in sport but not been awarded with an MBE.

The rise in holiday prices when the school holidays kick in! Eurocamp goes from £460 to over £2K from one week to the next. **** off!
