Did you cheat and move your fingers, when you shouldn't have done?.

The advice after surgery was that I could move them. In fact part of my rehab was to start wriggling my fingers as soon as I was able to after the nerve block wore off. I then progressed to fist clenching and finger stretching. I've now got full passive movement back in my wrist and elbow, but am not allowed to do any active exercises. That will start on Friday.

I'm still restricted to left hand only: this has just take me about 3 minutes to type, as opposed to about 20-30 seconds...
 
The poxy tube strike - why is it never bad enough to stop me getting to work? Central London looks like a total horror show, yet I had no problem whatsoever getting to Dagenham East. Would have loved a Monday working from home. District Line staff - next time do a better job of disrupting the entire line, please and thank you.

Having to go to town this morning to put sandbags against the doors of our building as we had a severe flood/ threat to life warning from the Environment Agency at 7.30am.:angry:
