Ouch! Why would you do that to yourself? .... and go to lakeside? haha.

Don't I know it. Thought I would treat myself to some new trainers and ended up forking out for a new outfit for the daughter, a hanging planet kit for the boy and new sandals for the missus. I got socks.

Bye bye trainers.

Little *******s.

I really hate littering - simply unforgivable and just shows a total lack of respect for one's fellow citizens.

You would have liked, not a lot then, the dirty nappys left in the car park at Priory Park. I assume the "parents" just opened their car door and threw them out. Maybe 2 years ago they did the McD stuff and have regressed to that now. What chance do any off spring of that type of low life have?

Hopefully somebody on here knows them and will have a word with their parents, these scumbags need name and shaming.

Popped into Tesco on the way home and locked my bike up at the bike stand. Old drunk hanging around, could smell the booze off of him. Got a few bits, came back to my bike and he was messing around with the lock of a fancy road bike that was locked up next to mine. He asked me to help, I replied that;

a) If you haven't got the key there's nothing I can do.
b) That's not your bike is it?

He got abusive and I stood my ground and told him to **** off, and he backed off. All this happened whilst the security guard looked on impassively. I'm sure the owner of the nice bike would have been thrilled if the drunken **** had managed to nick their bike whilst the security guard sat on his hands.

Was really looking forward to watching 'The Night Manager' which I have had saved up on my hard drive for a while. Just read the book again and was even more excited - until I checked out the cast. Pregnant Sophie from Peep Show is playing Leonard Burr? WTF? A number of the other characters have also been redesigned to get some BBC diversity in there. Is this really necessary? Are they going to remake Smiley's People with Rusty Lee as Georgina Smiley? I'm sure I will still watch it, as Hugh Laurie playing Roper seems like a masterstroke, but FFS BBC, stop with your PC bollocks.

The show is stuffed full of privately educated Oxbridge graduates so I don't think you can accuse the BBC of box ticking.

The woman vaping on the C2C at 7am. Couldn't wait two minutes until alighting at Limehouse.

She got on at Basildon so I won't confront her in case she has a Stanley knife in her handbag. No need me wants to get striped up on the way to work.

I work in a Mancunian skyscraper on the 12th floor. The amount of mouth-breathing bellends who get on the lift at floors 1-4 to go down to the ground floor is maddening. I think they do it on purpose to **** everyone off (and yes I often walk up and down the stairs)

All the way to the 12th? Fair play!

Laziest ***** I saw where the people at Ladbrokes who used to get the lift down from floor three to floor one just to use the smoking room :nope:

Let's send that image around local schools and see who knows them. Embarrass and humiliate them. They think it's big and it's clever. They are trying to find an identity. They can have it via public humiliation.

So, today, I'm actually peed off at myself. Since returning from holiday I just can't get out of bed early enough to arrive at work on time. I am pushing it to be as late as I possibly can every day! Motivation is at a low in that respect. Standard annual dip in performance much like the Southend team.

My rule of thumb has always been four floors. Any more than that and I take the lift.

Exception was working in Spain - no-one in their right mind walks up four flights of stairs in the Madrid summer!

He was brilliant. Having never read the book I can say the whole thing was brilliant, but I understand what you mean.

And in my continuing anti Pokemon Go tirade it has now caused a football game over here to be suspended. I may be getting older but I'm not the mad one here. Before and during:
