What have you watched on TV?

The Studio Tour at Universal Hollywood was my favourite attraction in the whole park, if I end up going back I'd love to do the VIP tour next time.
I went back in 73 a long time before VIP Tours were thought of I imagine! :Winking: Read a few years back that there had been a fire and the old house had burnt down:Hope mot.

+Was happy to see a repeat of Get Carter on BBC2 last night. IMO the best British gangster film ever made only rivalled by TLGF with Bob Hoskinsa & Helen Mirren along with The Boulting Brothers version of Graham Greene's Brighton Rock with Dickie Attenborough as Pinkie.

Series one of Miami Vice.

It was clearly still finding its feet. It looks like they tried to introduce a Huggy Bear style informant character in episode two. Let’s see if he returns.

Saw Hanif Kureishi:In his own Words On BBC ! late last night in the early hours.Long been a fan of his work. For those who don't known,HK is now paralysed afte a fall in Rome back at Xmas 2022.His utter lack of self-pity about his condition is humbling.

Trumps heist
Channel 4 2 part documentary on trumps failure to accept the 2020 US election results.
some jaw dropping moments.
I hadn’t appreciated before how many of the people he blamed for ‘hiding the truth’ were actually die hard republicans he had previously endorsed (including the vice president!)

Celebrity Race Across the World finished last night - didn't really mind who won, though I would have loved Jeff and Freddie to as they have just the most lovely father and son relationship. Just thought it was odd that almost a day seemed to go missing and suddenly the winners popped up out of nowhere!

Also Taskmaster re-runs are back to series 1 at the moment just as I go to bed. Oh, the simplicity of those early series!

Enjoyed the folk stuff on BBC4 late last nite & in the early hours ie A Peter ,Paul & Mary concert in 2 parts at Southport in 1983 (when they were way past their best).2 Judy Collins shows ,Th Barbican one from 2009 (ditto-Intererestingly she was due to play here too but cancelled)and a show from the 60's when she was in top form+ Martin Carthy +friends at the Union Chapel Hall in Islington.

Celebrity Masterchef final last night - what a great end to a series this has been, just really nice people in the final four, and I loved seeing them on the Pullman train!

Tulsa King on Paramount. 9/10
Cliche and stuff but very enjoyable. Sly Stallone has never been more suited to a role.
And there was me thinking it would be a whole series ready to be binged. Imagine my diasappointment at just one episode. It was a good one though.

The 2nd series has just started with episode1, BUT there are 8 or so episodes of series 1 available. Have you started in the right place and his release from prison?
