So the Daft Punk album finally leaked last night. It's not what I expected, but I'm on my second play now and I'm loving it - 2 or 3 tracks giving me goosebumps already. I can see it being massively panned, but everyone who slates it is wrong.

Been having a bit of an old music catch up recently with The Rolling Stones and The Clash- shamefully have to admit I have never before given them a go.

Started on Random Access Memory from Daft Punk, about 6 tracks in.

It's alright, nothing more - sounds like the sound of the future from the 80's - as if in 30 years time we'd all be disco dancing on Jupiter in shiny suits - but I guess that's always been their shtick.
