The Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band - The Wages.

Great album that I downloaded this morning after catching a track on the radio last night. American Country Blues...recommend it for all, but especially Shimpero, Barna, Richie C etc.

Just got this today and it's fantastic.Barcelona is the penultimate date of their tour in May to promote the record and I have a ticket already.Roll on the Bikini."Seeing a group there is like seeing someone in your lounge" as a mate said to me last weekend.

I ordered a copy on Amazon yesterday.Plus their previous cd for good measure after listening to a couple of tracks.Thahks for the tip.

Very welcome. It's rare I hear a single track, fall in love with it and then the artist becomes my "new favourite"....happened with Ben Folds, Kate Walsh and now Rev. Peyton. Love to see them live.

Pattie Smith is coming back here again in a fortnight's time at The Palau and I have a couple of tickets. Can't wait to see the Queen of pop once more.

Remember when we had to give her the swerve at Reading ('78) so we could get the last train back?
