Saturday favourite for me, 3 plump Gloucester 'old spot' sausages, & warm organic sauerkraut crammed into a Tiger baguette, fantastic!.

Two sour dough buttered toast with a chunk of Cornish cheddar.

3 overly toasted selected various breads moulded and harvested from various parts of the world into the form of Crumpets, with a Butter reduction and a smoked yeast topping of Marmite cut into slices shaped like the corners of Wembley.

100gm pk of M & S oak smoked salmon slices ( 4 ) in sarnies, very tasty!.

Egg,ham and mayo nestled between two slices of granary bread with ripe cherry tomatoes as a side.

Thick cut white tiger bread sandwich stuffed with back bacon and brown sauce. It doesn't get too much better than that.

Bacon has to be burnt crispy for me.

I used to go to the one on Timberlog Lane and a cafe in Wickford had it sent from Goddards I think? Walton on Naze has my favourite pie and mash

Health kick this week - soup of the week is homemade spinach, leek, broccoli, celery and garlic with a few veggie stock cubes. It'll do 3 days.

I just use a good old saucepan and hand blender. Why waste money when you can do it quite easily yourself?
