We'll probably be around 150 at close today, which is 230 ahead, so will probably set them 300-320 to win. Want 80 overs at them.

24. Otis Gadd (1755293)

RH Batsman, RM Bowler, proficient batting form, mediocre bowling form, fresh fitness.
An attacking player with competent leadership skills and worthless experience.

Plays For: Southend
Nationality: West Indies
Age: 17 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 3,909 (-65)
Wages: £808 p/w
Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: respectable Concentration: mediocre
Bowling: abysmal Consistency: worthless
Fielding: woeful

175k, decent price, is around half way there in batting, perhaps just under. Will pop to proficient and sell for a tidy profit. I was mailed about him as he's apparently an U-19 WI prospect, how bad must they be if he could make it??

Wrapped it up tonight. Looking at the reporters summary I imagine my opponent will be a bit peeved!

ShrimperZone CC Launceston Lashers
Top Order: strong superb
Middle Order: respectable respectable
Lower Order: abysmal abysmal
Seam Bowling: quality remarkable
Spin Bowling: useless wonderful
Fielding: mediocre mediocre

Doesn't tell the story that my best three bowled the vast majority of the overs.

He wouldn't make it but they mail everyone in case they do train intensively so they have back up players.

Yeah the guy who mailed me didn't seem too bothered when I said he'll get one net. I fancy training an U-19 next season, if I get a great YP I'll train English but if not I'm considering buying a Windies player to train - would be good to help a weaker nation.

Well after the oppo made 242 on day one, i resumed play today and reached 341 all out. They are 175-3 at the close (their main bat has 100+ not out!) so basically are 76-3 in the context of the game. Could go either way ...

Kev

6 wickets to take. Have only just realised that I have a Worthless WK for this game :)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mrs BB trails by about 130 with the oppo 9 down, they just let it slip a bit towards the end. If they declare overnight, she'll need to make about 260 to avoid defeat.

Took me 76 overs to bowl them out - jeez - only played 2 frontline bowlers - may have to be more careful with overs allocation. Declaring overnight gazillions ahead. Hopefully wrapping up somewhat quicker than today.
