No, Noel Hunt has been doing pre-season training with Ipswich, and there wasn't any chance of him being offered anything there.

Could be a case of helping out a player keep their fitness up, keeping an agent sweet or anything.

Maybe, maybe not.

It just says they are training with the squad, nothing about being on trial like some of the other trialists we have had over the Summer.

I don't think it was that clear that Fagan was just training with us. A lot of people thought he was on trial.

Quinny - yes. I bet he is still quick over 2 yards - especially if we put pies behind their goalie.

Not sure about that? He featured pretty heavily in our pre season games. He was definitely here to try and earn a deal. Hasn't popped up anywhere else since though right. Odd.

Brown never hinted that he was a target though, just that he was with us to keep up his fitness. Never ever suggested that he might sign. As for playing, just making up the numbers like a trialist!
