I would have liked us to have signed John Akinde from Barnet, a decent striker with an eye for goal, youngish at 26, solid as a rock, reminds me a little of the times when wayne gray played along side the goat.

The only issue would be, how he would fit into brown's cautious style of play.

CP did say that there would be more news on the striker we are chasing. Guessing something more might come out later. At least the two others are training with us so getting to know the lads should anything happen etc
