Can someone explain please what doe’s signing a player mean ??? As a Southend united supporter I’ve heard other people use this term but haven’t experienced it ( lol. )

Well, basically it means when your chairman isn't a dick and they pay all of their bills on time they're allowed to sign players, I hope this helps ha ha.

With the rules and regulations, I have absolutely no idea to be honest, and I’m not sure Kev & Co do at the moment.
