sure we've announced new signings just before 2 before. Obviously have to be registered etc before then, but no rules to say when they have to be made public (until the 2pm team sheet reveal)

I have been expecting so, yes. I haven't heard anything since yesterday though, so there's always a chance they failed to get it over the line in time (it was always going to be tight). But still time for something to be announced, and we know Kev likes a Saturday announcement (as late as poss) to keep the opposition guessing.
