Okay, maybe it is my natural caution coming to the fore, but that Takeover 99% still worries me. Ron's appearance in front of the cameras on Monday is a reminder that he is still the owner of a business, that is being sold subject to certain conditions. If you look at it from his viewpoint, important and substantial debts cleared, football arrangements now back on track, some parts of RH being taken care off, at what appears to be no cost to him or his family. Excuse me if I keep my bubbly on ice, as I have been around for all of Ron's 25 years and I cannot help feel it is all about him........... at any price to anyone else.

I do not see how the above (or Ron going to watch a football match last Saturday) has anything to do with transfer rumours.

He wasn't a gamble. We bought him to play in a front 3 and then realized we couldnt play 343. He didn't fit anywhere else
I'm sorry, but I totally disagree with you.

Whether he fitted into the tactic or not and l covered that in my post, however, you can't tell how any player will settle or not.into an area or management, or a change of manager and that goes for any player.

In Mooney's particular case l do agree with you on the tactic. but couple that with the bad injury he had, then not being able to train and become fully integrated into the core of the squad, as well as being in a strange area a long way from his home area and it's a kind of perfect storm.
