What happens to the "White Board" list of new players, if, if, if we were to gain promotion to the EFL. Would the current names alter to allow for League football?

I would imagine that if we were to make it to FL2 then Kev and John Still would have to take counsel from the Shrimper Zone Experts Panel before crafting a new list. To do otherwise would cause immense unrest amongst the natives on here to the point where wagons would be formed into a circle.

I do like that we have a whiteboard. I don't miss the days when our managers signed ageing, injured or simply crap players purely becasue they were offered / recommended by moody agent pals.

Which also got me thinking. Can't believe Nathan Ralph has been here since the Kevin Bond days. Would love him to be part of our rise when it happens.

We also had a third one for the NLS but Kev got Mark Bentley to take that one down the tip

We have a list of targets based on all eventualities.

If we go up, stay down, lose players, keep everyone, budget is cut, budget is increased, we can only sign frees, only bring in loans, have a transfer budget to spend on transfer fees and so on.

I'm hoping it's a swivel whiteboard and depending on results this weekend Kev goes in and spins it to promotion planning transfers

Not if we employ the wagons early enough. The Zone is known for being discrete.

Yeah also heard York are interested which would make sense as the York manger was at Worthing

Heard the budget had been cut from £1.5m to £1.2m so if Ron isn't involved, we'd hardly be potless like the start of this season.

I always look at our opposition and often think...ooh I'd sign him. Today it was their no.18 just the kind of tricky, pacy attack minded player we need.
Also the guy who scored their 2nd....just the sort of striker I'd be looking to get in.
