I dont think there will be any incomings until this mess of the sale of the club is finalised plus the insolvency case is cleared up , sorry cannot see the consortium putting in anymore money until the club is finally turned over to them and all debts paid .

If we want out of this league we need our signings in early and our top signings so they can have pre season together.

I very much doubt the consortium will let the club go under another embargo .It would not do there plans for southend united future .

Not according to the National League's site, only Farsley Celtic (in the NLN) and Torquay are under embargo at the moment.

Wouldn’t worry about an embargo right now. The window is closed and season nearly over. It would be pointless for the league to slap it on us now.

If this petition still hasn’t been settled by pre-season, then quite frankly we’ll have a lot more to worry about than an embargo. Such as will the league allow us to start the season still under Rat ownership.

It all needs sorting in May. Any longer and huge alarm bells will be ringing for next seasons hopes.
