NO POINTS DEDUCTION .Ron Martin, lives by his own law and expects everyone else to accept this, the national league ain’t gonna take this much longer, wait for a points deduction coming our way if his not carefull.

That's all right then. It's obviously just business as usual at Roots Hall.never a club does not get points deducted for non payment of tax .
And what exactly would that achieve?.Boycott
And the restOh I trust Stan for sure, but Stan is still new at the club and the current situation, we as fans on the other hand have have this ongoing circus since 1998
I do understand not protesting in the stadium as it could affect the players on the pitch... but when is deemed acceptable? RM needs to know our feelings... this has happened time and time again, and will continue to.
As a fanbase we've been patient enough. We need to do whatever we can to be heard. It should be quite clear as to who our protests are aimed at - and I would have thought the players would understand that, and most likely be supportive of it.
When you have people not being paid their modest wages for doing a good job throughout the bad times, personally I value their feelings above those of the players and management (who I'm led to believe have been paid on time). We owe it to those people to stand up for them... surely?
NOAre we guaranteed a 12 point deduction
we wont get deducted points for non payment of taxes .We did not last time we wont this time .this is a crucial point ...
I assume this post is a wind up? (Excuse the pun) because I’m struggling to think of another club with a history with the HMRC like we haveEvery club in this league and most clubs in the efl are in the same boat as us! Ron gets singled out as his reputation proceeds him. This isnt even worth this discussion as ron always pays the tax eventually and we go again.
Lol. I've done my share of protesting against certain Chairman. You're not taking into account that you can't force him out. You can protest until the cows come home. He's going nowhere until he gets his development money. The last protests they stopped the traffic in Victoria Avenue. They invaded the pitch with a banner. Some verbally abused him to his face at away games. Some threatened him. A previous protest years ago had fans turning up at his house, arguing with his wife. He's still here. There's Millions of pounds at stake for him, if there wasn't, he would have gone ages ago.And you’re exactly the type of fan Ron loves, just sit back and do **** all and watch him destroy the club without a fight. No other clubs fan would put up with this amount of mismanagement but yet some of our fans are happy not to fight for the club. A lot of fans will look back soon and wish they had done much more to force him out, mark my words on this
Don't forget there is always the Shrimpers Trust to dip into their funds to give poor helpless Ron a hand. In return Ron tells them secrets about the club not to be repeated.I assume this post is a wind up? (Excuse the pun) because I’m struggling to think of another club with a history with the HMRC like we have
Well since Vic is dead it seemed the best cut off pointAnd the rest
And protesting inside the ground only hurt the playing staff not Ron so plese dont do this if you love your club support the team .Protesting outside of games would suit Ron. He doesn't have to face them and they won't get media coverage
But Mr Martin is the number one serial offender. Top of the HMRC & Customs & Excise hit list. The creep needs to go and go now and that is over 22 years too lateEvery club in this league and most clubs in the efl are in the same boat as us! Ron gets singled out as his reputation proceeds him. This isnt even worth this discussion as ron always pays the tax eventually and we go again.
It’s like that TV game show IQ ….A pints deduction. ****ing hell this is very serious
Im not sure the two are related tbh, if we were romping the league playing samba football our gates would be high regardless of rons crap.Your probably right..... but that does leave the club and its fanbase in a sad desperate state. Fans will start to drift away which will be harmful for the club long term. I'll be honest here iv stopped going myself due to not seeing change at the top and I'm sure others will follow in the future. Personally I think Southend united are ****ed with no way out other than to start again. I know it's unpopular decision to start a new club but can it be that bad though..... has to be better than where we are at now. We are currently relying on bent owner to build new stadium. Doesn't sound very good to me.
