Sturrock is looking for another 2nd/3rd choice keeper. One of the keepers on show in both games (he played 180 minutes!) is Max Johnson. He used to play for Bury, Newcastle and Inverness.

Thanks, yeah the long haired guy, and the player with yellow boots were both decent players. Noticed Sturrock was talking to Kevin McLeod after the second game...

Excellent pics mate, as I posted to you on Twitter.

The No 12 with the yellow boots appears to be Jake Thomson as Smiffy posted earlier.

For some reason the massive bloke with 11 on his shirt and 12 on his shorts looks familiar, but I could be wrong.......

That's him in the yellow then, as I've just found he has his own website....... He's just been training with the Colorado Rapids.

Was the keeper in the orange any good? He looks a monster!

The keeper in the orange wasn't very good to be honest, seemed to punch everything as opposed to catching; distribution was pretty poor too. Johnson's best attribute was his distribution, not the tallest at 6ft though...

Was the keeper in the orange any good? He looks a size.

EDIT: Although now I've seen some other pics, it appears he's not that big at all! :hilarious:

He wasn't that small - although he never looked like catching the ball - seemed to favour the punch instead. To be honest none of the keepers had that much to do in either game.

Thought the exact same thing with the guy with 11 on his shirt but still can't place his face to a name.

I'm quite impressed with the quality of trialists on show, hoping for one or two signings. Did anyone detect Bilel's mate, who was supposed to be pretty hot?

Looked at the photo's, all I can say is that you wouldn't of wanted to be in the vicinity of the showers after the Silvers vs NavyBlues game. Limbs everywhere, could of given poor Ben Clarkson a very busy afternoon.

Played in the first trial game, first half Left wing, second half Right wing. Seemed like a good player with a nice touch and footwork. Never got 100% into the game but definitely looked like a good player.

Last season played for Wigan, but has since been released. He is 21.

Interesting. Well done on getting a name!

I liked the look of him to...although the downside was he reminded me of Onion Bag Dave who posts on here....still we can't win them all.
