Wickford, actually. As i've mentioned, i met them on the way back from Barnsley. Tilly knows he's available so its up to him![b said:Quote[/b] (EastStandBlue @ May 08 2006,14:10)]Paul hayes's family are very London based, his parents even own a Pub in Southend. IMO would be an ideal partner for Freddy. Great in the air and holds the ball up well.
Oh give me a break. There is no way Simon's purple womb ferret would get a move to a league club![b said:Quote[/b] (soul DJ @ May 08 2006,13:44)]I'm sure that I read in the Echo that he was looking for a move to a league club[b said:Quote[/b] (Its grim up north! @ May 08 2006,13:14)]And Boylan does not want to be a full time footballer anyway![b said:Quote[/b] (CI-City Blue @ May 08 2006,13:04)]I have been told that Boylan has been given a free transfer by Canvey - and I wouldn't have thought Tilly would go for him now we are in the Championship.[b said:Quote[/b] (The Artful Shrimper @ May 08 2006,11:50)]Lee Boylan £20k
By the way............how's your purple womb ferret Si?
Erm no it's not. For a start there ARE Premier$hite clubs looking at him already, Fulham and Charlton are apparently very, very interested in Sodje. Southampton apparently had a bid of £400k turned down in January so we've got absolutely no chance whatsoever of seeing him here. The only reason he'd even contemplate a move to Southend is to play alongside his brother, problem is:[b said:Quote[/b] (Murkey_Mouse @ May 08 2006,13:55)][b said:Quote[/b] ]I have heard that if Brentford are not promoted via the playoffs then a certain borher of Efe could be plying his trade at Roots Hall next season. It is understood that Efe has commented to his broher what a great place it is to play and that with also the chance to play Championship football Sam could be tempted if Brentford are not promoted. The asking rpice is believe to be around 90,000 - 120,000. you heard it hear first!
Its can happen, if Sam dont move to Championship club before next season, he will NEVER get another chance for a crack at highest level, his ages is agasint him if he want to play in Premier$hite (I think he is 26 yrs)
is this absolute stonewall fact Leeboy as TBH he didn't look black enough to be Langley......[b said:Quote[/b] (Leeboy @ May 08 2006,14:36)]the Snoop Dogg lookalike hanging out with the players yesterday was indeed Richard Langley................. read into that what you will
What position does he play?[b said:Quote[/b] (Leeboy @ May 08 2006,14:36)]the Snoop Dogg lookalike hanging out with the players yesterday was indeed Richard Langley................. read into that what you will
Indeed. I was chatting to a brentford fan the otherday and he said they would be VERY disappointed if he left for anything lower than £750,000. This is definately a non starter however nice it would be for both brothers to play together[b said:Quote[/b] (Angell Delight @ May 08 2006,15:16)]Erm no it's not. (a) there's no way our bid would be high enough to tempt Brentford into selling
and
(b) even if it was I believe his ambition would far outweigh his willingness to play alongside his brother
We can't have a second striker to feed Eastwood, not that hayes would be that type of player IMO.[b said:Quote[/b] (EastStandBlue @ May 08 2006,14:10)]Paul hayes's family are very London based, his parents even own a Pub in Southend. Joel Porter?[b said:Quote[/b] (C C Csiders @ May 09 2006,10:23)]It has been alleged that Tilly was recently at the Col Ewe v. Hartlepool match (thereby boosting the attendance by 20%). So, who was he looking at there?
Michael Nelson?
Adam Boyd?
