Cheers, Rich - no mistakes today amazingly. Dave is playing Friday Feb. 24th with Major Wiley at The Union and also at the Shelterbox gig in Helston on the 25th. I'll be up at Morecambe so will miss them unfortunately.
 
No show today

Probably only of note for two listeners from the 'Zone, but the computers are down at The Source so it's an afternoon off for me.

Apology to Listeners and Presenters

Source FM suffered a fatal internet outage, at 19:00hrs on the 4th of February, which has taken us off air and offline. Unfortunately this outage occurred outside of our sphere of control and there are no further actions we can take before Monday 6th February. We apologise for the lack of service and hope to find a resolution to the problem and be up and broadcasting again as soon as possible.<

Still dont see why having the net down stops the broadcast,surely you play a record and its pumped out on the airwves.
Is sopurce a internet only music station and not airwaves based then?

Don`t know about that - but they claim you can hear it on the radio within 5 miles of the source (no pun intended) - my village is under 5 miles from the radio station by road and less as the crow flies but cannot be heard on any of our radios

They've got a link up with a transmitter in Redruth (approx. 15 miles away) and I understand that some of the Noxiscenti can hear me in Portreath (on the north coast near Redruth) rather than in Richieville. Strange but true.:unsure:

Back on air tomorrow, groovers! In the meantime, here's the latest Noxcast > http://i.mixcloud.com/CBEvZm ... you can't hear me for the first few tracks as some gumby - not me this time - messed up the mic levels. Luckily, when my guest comes in (after a few classic Retro tracks) you can hear me on his mic. Phew - the Noxoscenti can sleep easily tonight. Keep it Retro! :thumbsup:
