My condolences, hope you can get the help and support you need for the trauma this must have caused.RM at the Civic today for a meeting. Just seen him in the lifts
I'd imagine poorly written. It's phased based on completion of housing i believe."Buildings on Southend United Football Club’s former training grounds will be demolished and once complete, £12million is set to be transferred to the club’s new owners "
We get £12m once Boots and Laces demolition is completed? Thought it was going to be phased payments as the scheme progressed and profits realised?
John, our local councillor has posted it up on his FB pageWhere did that come from?
The revised deal to enable the development to pass DD saw the Martin's take a significant drop in their profits. As a result, the developer payment to fund the refurbishment of RH was lowered to £12m. This has been accepted by all parties.I thought the club was due to get £20m from the deal, not £12m. Or did I just make that up?
£10m is release when work begins on the first phase. Additional payments are dependent on other phases being constructed."Buildings on Southend United Football Club’s former training grounds will be demolished and once complete, £12million is set to be transferred to the club’s new owners "

We’re moving forward with the Fossetts Farm deal that will secure Roots Hall for the future and provide much needed housing in Southend. #SUFC pic.twitter.com/CIouEXqCvE

It is.Sorry if this has been covered but is any money that does get released to the club ‘ring fenced’ for the refurb of Roots Hall in some way ? Who oversees that it is not misused or redirected ?
