i dont think it is the back four because hammell, clarke, barret and hunt are great defenders

Great defenders individually, but the writing is clearly on the wall that they don't function well at all as a team... With the greatest missing requisite being height and aerial dominance.

I mentioned this a few months back, it was pretty much ignored but what i said was along the lines of the fact we had scored in something like 30 consecutive games and still got relegated from the championship. Some people said it may have been to better strikers but is that the case looking at the goals we've leaked this season.

Have a quick look at how many we have scored and its one of the best in the league so why arent we up there, i think you'll find its because we;ve conceded to many. We may not have a 20 goal a season striker but the goals are being scored.

We are never going to pick points up to any degree,untill the defencive proplems are faced and delt with. 40 goals against just aint good enough. It might mean Barret going,and possibly a fullback. But then again the whole side need to defend as a unit and not just leaving it to the back four.
