They can say their child is exempt, simple as that. They don't have to explain why. It's not a legal requirement.
I'll put you out of your misery. You've got the rith person, I still don't know what you mean mate.

abbreviation for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear: used to refer to dangerous substances such as poisonous chemicals, harmful bacteria, or radiation, especially when used as weapons of attack:
I'm sure it is mate. Maybe something for you and riggers to chew over elsewhere though as it has no bearing on the thread. In Military terms it's called NBC. Nuclear, Bilogical and Chemical warfair.......
You could argue though that we will come out of present restrictions alot sooner, which I think is what their plan is.
I don't believe there have ever been medical claims that vaccinations would stop the spread. What they will do is reduce the severity of the virus if you were to catch it. As for mask wearing, all the leading health authorities, including the WHO, believe that wearing a mask will help the wearer from spreading disease. Circumstantial evidence does point towards there being a reduction in flu cases last year. Co-incidence? maybe, but it does appear that respiratory disease has been reduced since mask wearing was introduced.I personally do not think they make any difference. I base this on no evidence but I'm sure within ten minutes I could find some for and against. The virus is smaller than a particle of smoke. When you breathe in and out you can feel the air flow past the mask. I think its just a pr stunt that its visible and make people feel safe and that the gov is doing something. I think when we look back we will see the gov have done some noble lies. As with the masks, we were told originally thd vaccine would stop the spread but it doesn't ( it's still a good thing to get vaccinated though!).

The mask wearing is a tough one as I don't think anyone believes it completely stops the spreading but if they reduce it, even slightly, then I think they should be worn. At the end of the day how does wearing a mask for a few minutes whilst your in a shop really affect you?
I do agree though, I hate seeing so many littered masks on the floor etc but I also hate litter in general and lazy people who don't pick up dog poo (which seems like a hell of a lot of people at the moment).
Regarding masks in school, I get why the guidance is there but I struggle hearing people properly when they're right in front of me (whilst they're wearing a mask) let alone being at the back of a classroom. Obviously the volume of the person speaking is slight muted when wearing a mask but I also guess I never realised how much we do a bit of lip reading without even knowing we're doing it.
If my daughters were in senior school, I really don't think I would be happy with it, but I think I'd rather the teacher to not wear one than the pupils.
I agree! There's bigger problems in life but personally the dog crap situation, especially when you have two young kids is ridiculous. You can't walk down my road (on the one side) without there being 4 or 5 big turds in the middle of the pavement that you have to avoid.Everything is getting lazy.
Dog crap, rubbish and (leaves) which use to be swept up by the Council, so many drains clogged up now....... The Council aren't doing it anymore. I mentioned on another thread, my post is 2 or 3 weeks late now as well, you can only see it getting worse.

I'm a regular walker down the sea front as well and all you ever see online etc is people wanting dogs to be allowed on the beaches all year round. Problem is, I see so many dog walkers either just leaving their dogs mess or just pushing the sand/stones over it. If your a dog owner, great, but pick up it's crap.
Completely agree. Not that they should have to (people should find a bin) but I used to see a street cleaner bloke down my road at least every couple of days. Not seen him in about a year now so I assume the council have cut that from the budget or something along those lines.I'm a dog owner, picking up dog crap isn't something I wake up in the morning and think, goody, I can't wait to pick up a ****, but I do because it's the right thing to do.
I think the mess in our streets go a lot further than just dog mess though, I've never seen my street so dirty these last couple of years.

^^^^above postings are rants for the " what is ****ing you off" thread, not that the postings are not noteworthy.
Masks? I am not convinced that many have any value, not that they do any good when slung below nose and around the chin after being kept in a pocket for weeks.
However they can, and do, remind us all that close contact between strangers and non familial persons ought to be kept minimal.
What is it you don't agree with? That's your point of view, I don't agree ^^^^^^ "Above" might be someone who doesn't see the whole picture and wears rose tinted glasses.
No your not alone, but people like us cannot be bothered to argue with those who pretend to know different and throw stats out the air without knowing where they come from, many of those people would argue with a signpost so pointless having a debate with themIt's interesting that when masks are discussed the majority of views seem to be that wearers constantly wear rags that have been in their pockets for weeks and are dirty. I often wonder where people get their data from for this point of view and opinion. I always try to dispose of mine responsibly and only wear them for the recommended period. When reusable ones are used in the RHB household they get washed regularly at a high temperature but I'm beginning to think we are the only people in the world that follow this regime.
