France defended superbly. Portugal’s insistence on playing Ronaldo maybe did for them. I’d be ****ed off if I was Goncalo Ramos or Jota. Pepe though, wow what a performance at 41!

The final is 3am on Monday week! I still haven’t watched a game or seen any highlights, and that won’t be changing tonight I’m afraid. By the time it gets to around 9pm these days I’m done. I am up and about between 430 and 5 daily though, including Sundays. I am avidly following reports.

Spain through to the final. Thought they looked good, maybe slightly vulnerable at the back, France wasted a few good chances. Can't see England beating them should they beat the Dutch tomorrow.
