Here's the thing with me. I am all against guns. But if I lived in America, I would definitely have guns hidden around the house for self defence. There are just too many murderers, crack/meth heads, that would kill you without even thinking about it if they got in your home. Also, a lot of burglars over there carry a gun when doing a burglary, knowing that house holders have guns.
All they can do is make it much harder to purchase a gun and ammunition, and hope it saves some lives. But some of the campus/University or school shootings are from disgruntled or deranged students that are too young to buy a gun and have used family weapons, so they will never be able to stop it.

In the US they round up the family shooting irons and go on a killing spree.

When we visited the Vegas gun range,the thing which truly shocked all of us was we were all terrible shots,the weapons we used all had brutal recoil,my point is guns are damn stupid and America is even more stupid.
