I really dont get your thinking! I think calling him Judas even now says a lot.
He bought from the lower leagues and was able to turn them into great players 2-3-4 leagues above where we competed, playing great football against top teams of the day (with much bigger budgets)
We're you ever able to watch a game under fry? Do you remember the players he bought and where from?
In relative terms he was infinitely better than Maher at picking up a player.

I have been watching Southend over 60 years , it really annoys me the way people keep attacking Kevin . Judus showed his loyalty to Southend when he and his coaches up sticks and went up to the sleeping giants Judus knew the lower leagues because that was all he knew . You explain to me that calling Fatso Judus says a lot .
