Thanks Kev - but is a new manager needed?

There is plenty.

I thought this was a bit of an unpleasant tone several weeks ago.

Followed up by this ironic gem, from a poster whose tone has been the epitome of unpleasant and divisive at times.

You have brought your persistent Maher Out message onto countless other tenuously-linked threads other than this one, too, and that's without including the pre and post-match threads. Differences of opinion are one thing..... taking over threads with tiresome repetition is another.
I bow to your expert knowledge on tiresome repetition.

You could see a bit more identity against Alty and Kev seems to see it more too as he seems more chipper in interview, he may have been told to be a bit more smiley. I wish him the best over summer in recruitment and no drama. Be good to see what he can do unhindered. If he fails then we move on and thank him for his loyalty.

I am still on the fence on the voting side.

Do feel maybe Kevin Maher should be given the opportunity here for the start of next season, especially we now can start next season with a clean slate from the our clubs past troubles

I don’t come on the Pro Wrestling thread and say what garbage I think it is, I just stay away, sadly, people will come in here just to say they don’t want to comment, or to simply pick an argument. It’s a shame we can’t voice our views without this happening but I appreciate it works both ways.
You make some good points in your post, but I'm not sure I agree about the highlighted part above. I've had a root through this thread (not easy) and posters, including me, have said they don't want to comment any more than they have already, which is very different to your point, and not unreasonable.

I think what I'm trying to say with that point is, why make a comment saying you don't want to comment? I assume that you don't like or see the point of the thread which is your choice but why then comment on it? I don't get that. Your choice obviously, but for me, if I'm not interested in it or didn't like it, I'd just not open it.
By commenting on it you're only going to keep it going further and push it back to the top. Happy for you to correct me if my assumptions are wrong.

I can't speak for others, but I had reached the point where I felt I had responded to the same re-iterated posts over and over again, and I'd reached saturation in terms of replying. As for staying away from the thread, no reason for me to do that

Kev is going nowhere, he has a three year contract. COSU would seem to be fully behind him, as their main priority is running a sustainable club and not promotion right at this stage. If kev achieved promotion all well and good, but I just don't think it's on their list of things to tick of this year or the next couple of years. Balancing the books appears to be their aim, and after the torrid time the club has had who can blame them!
