I was listening to the podcast above yesterday. It is a podcast with Kevin Maher, worth a listen. He states that he wants two more players. I can't see us signing two strikers if we only have 2 spots available.

That is by far the best interview I have heard with Kevin Maher, especially about his younger days at Tottenham, his move to Southend, his playing days at Southend, his move into management, his return to Roots Hall as manager, and his vision for Southend's future.

I highly recommend this.

All Southend fans should listen to it.

As an pole, I stand by what I said, if Sheffield Utd accept an offer from Southend, plus from two League 2 clubs, I believe Lopata will choose us over them.
