So personally I'm thinking we may be going for up to 3 more signings.

Striker, Midfielder and either a Left Winger or another Central Defender.

I don't know much about mussa but if clubs like notts county are interested then he would be decent signing for us. Jeez we really are getting are act together interms of building a decent side for next season. If we sign mussa and striker who can get 15+ goals. We should easily get play offs..... very exciting young hungry team at sufc now 👍
Local press seems to support he is on the move and a quick assessment of his abilities

Joshua ajayi.... has any one on here tip stan Kevin or still on this... he is the best striker option for southend.... and 20 year of age.... if still really as good as he is then I'm surprised he ain't snapping this guy up....

No mention of us alas. Just a loose mention of Daggers interest back in Jan.

Mussa said his goodbyes on Twitter yesterday (as below) which was also retweeted by Weymouth, before both posts were swiftly deleted. The plot thickens.

Nothing is put to bed until confirmed!
Sheff Utd will send bothl lopta and Neil to the EFL?if there's any takers. If no takers we have chance of a 6 month loan.As it would be better for both sheff Utd and the players to play mens football instead of u23s.Has I have said many times they will go to the EFL before coming here dose not matter about our coaching set up or how big a club we are,it's all about there CV.A young player with 40 EFL games is worth double what a young player with 40 NL games. We might have more chance with Neil on 6 months loan as he is 1 year younger than lopta.

Sammy, no one has confirmed this, it has just been assumed.

I don't think it will happen but nothing has been confirmed, so its open until further notice.

Are you his agent or something? Most of your posts have been about this guy. This is a fans forum, we have no influence on who the management team want to sign, they would have scouted their targets months ago. Not trying to be rude but we get it, you think they should sign him, no need to keep bringing it up

I'd also like to add, Sheffield United may look at Southend United now as a team with a project and chance to be close to the top in the league and competitive, rather than a team that looks to be in trouble and just need the short term help to get by.

This may sway Sheffield to think that placing Łopata in a familiar environment with a good team around him can aid his development and see where he really is, since he could have just stood out for us in a bad time. It's also good to note that Kacper is 20 years old, it can be a lot to throw a 20 year old into an EFL club, in which he may never even get into the team if he doesn't gel well or start well.

They may well be looking at EFL clubs, but you may well find our name on the list alongside them due to the reasons above, we have a chance and nothing can be ruled out until someone has said it cannot and will not happen.
