Never is, Kimura have a deal on the table and have stated multiple times that it's on Ron to accept and go ahead with, yet he blames it on the other party. It's all so he can stall.

Go to games to support Maher until their contracts expire but given this situation no one will play for us unless they are paid in full for their contract.
