No . I have put a great deal of time and effort into supporting a horse which can save the club . Obviously , from my posts you can see that I am not in the Kimura camp . There are plenty of other posters who identify with them . Fair- minded people on this zone will recognise that most posters are making huge judgements on the best future for the club based on incomplete information . And of course we do need to try and lighten up the mood on here at such a pivotal and important time in the club's history where people are feeling a bit depressed . I am not entirely convinced we can learn a lot from the Blackpool
experience but I do respect you for coming on to the forum and providing an insight into what we can do to get ourselves out of the mess we are in .
We know through your login history (we knew anyway, but we thought we’d better check) that you are a sock puppet of Ghost of C.F.

If anyone is interested in reading those posts by Ghost of C.F. click on the member menu use the member search function - you need to type the name exactly - Ghost of C.F. - with the right capitals, spaces and full stops. When Ghost of C.F.s profile comes up, click on the number of posts and you’ll see a list.

I can give you 3, just off the London Rd. if you really need me too? @OldBlueLady also just alluded to them. Where do you think a man can afford to bank roll a football club for 30M odd without having a way of earning it elsewhere?
I genuinely don't know of any property he has developed so please do enlighten me. I think his main MO has been to buy land, acquire planning permission and then sell land. If you can show evidence that he has developed property i.e. bought land & built something on it, then I will be satisfied that he is a proven property developer.

So Clairvoyant. You were totally against the Fossetts development when under a different name on here, and was a local to Fossetts Farm and tried your best to stir things up. So why are you suddenly backing a questionable bid, that has questionable financial backing, certainly regarding the multi £Millions needed? Why would you now suddenly want SUFC to survive, and Fossetts to be built? It doesn't make sense. Unless you want them to win knowing it could go pear shaped?

As my random train of thought progresses. What would they do on day1 - appoint a recovery specialist? They are not going to manage the club themselves, how much is that likely to cost, or are we confident that the current non-footballing management are up to the task?

Lots of overactive imaginations, understandable with so much on the line and absolutely no word at all from the club.
Very much understandable, and made worse by the complete lack of engagement and by the almost troll-like "business as usual/pretend nothing is happening" approach from the club's hierarchy.

I genuinely think Ron will back down, but this will be run to the wire. As in on the day of the courts, about a minute before they walk in before the judge.

I think he's playing a dangerous game and bluffing. He has capital, but no cash. as in he owns land, Roots Hall, Training Ground and Fossetts farm are in his name. But you can't pay your mortgage on owning land. You need cash to do it.
This is about all I'm clinging onto. There is a history of this. Evidence of a sales process being handed to the judge and HMRC's barrister as they approached the court building on 19th May......the club's accounts being published 15 mins before the NL's deadline. He's a last minute merchant I'm retaining some hope that whilst he's holding on for now in an attempt to extract concessions or tick more boxes, he'll have to cave on Wed morning.

I'm surprised nobody else has made this connection yet, it's so obvious!!!
It's not Wolfy. Can see why people are making the connection, but it's definitely not him.

What is their financial clout though? They as a LLP don't have any money to speak of as far as I can see from their accounts, so it must be an outside investor. I don't think that they make investments on their own account anyway.
I imagine a lot of their accounts are offshore so you won't see what money they have. Their proof of funds have been accepted, that's enough for me. Their reputation in the arenas they operate in is very good though and they have the ability to raise a lot of money if they need to.

You are confusing developer and builder. He is a developer but not a builder. Other developers also build in which case they are developer and builder. I don’t think Ron has ever claimed to be a builder?

I'm not sure that I am.

No , you are only right in part of what you say , The whole idea is not to stop Fossetts but to change Fossetts so that it can actually get built after 20 odd years of frustration for everyone .Obviously , I want SUFC to survive and grow as a club but I don't like the way Ron runs the cub and new ownership is now required . But the new owner has got to build the new stadium because if we leave it to Ron we are not in any better situation because it still won't get built unless the plan is changed . Also Ron is spending so much on the stadium that there won't be any cash left over for the '' state of the art training centre '' which is vital if we want to have a successful football team.; Sports and social facilities for the community are also important. I do not live anywhere near the development .

I'm not sure that I am.
Either way builder or developer Mr Martin is not very good at either.

Is it me? Lol. For calling out a couple of new members who were stirring things up and were just locals opposed to the Fossetts Farm development. They didn't want all the lorries going to and from the sight, and didn't want the increased traffic and traffic jams in the area if it was built with the extra people and families moving in. And of course a few Thousand fans flooding the area on match days.
No it’s me: my tomato plants are coming to fruition

The only thing I possess is a crystal ball . There is certainly going to be some good news coming soon for someone linked to the zone but I have no intention of telling Zoners who that person is . You will just have to trust my word on that .
I'm winning the lottery!!!! Cheers

You're seriously good though. Good news coming soon. Bad news coming soon. I've know idea how you do it.....you must be special.

I'm pretty sure he built (or his companies did) several pockets in Benfleet - Martins Mews and Elounda Court (notice the names?) for instance. Unfortunately, the records on Castle Point's planning portal don't go back far enough. Also pretty sure that he's involved in development off the Chase/Wensley Road. He was spotted in the chamber at a recent planning debate.
Ron seemed very happy at a Trust/Club meeting many years ago. It seemed that he had just got planning permission for 420 houses on land that he owned outside Gloucester.

He hasn’t bankrolled a football club … he’s borrowed money against a football club and now he wants it back meaning his investment is **** all
