Nobody knows for sure. It appears they are quite keen to keep their shareholders and directors unknown.Who owns Mezcal?
Right to assume Ron?

That's the benefit of having a company registered in the BVI. On top of the 0% corporate tax rate, a company registered there does not have to:Nobody knows for sure. It appears they are quite keen to keep their shareholders and directors unknown.
One could say that someone does not usually register in the BVI with the interest of being open and transparent about their dealings. That's the benefit of having a company registered in the BVI. On top of the 0% corporate tax rate, a company registered there does not have to:
All a bit shady really.
- state its objectives
- reveal its legal structure
- file its accounts and other financial info
How r u so sure ,there will b another ‘Wrexham ’& ‘Notts Co ‘ next yearYes, it is imperative that Wrexham and Notts County get promoted.
If the club is sold then the money will flow upstream to Mezcal where it will be booked as revenue and no tax will be paid. SUFC has debt to be paid, SEL has debt to be paid.We can speculate why the transfer to place.
Given the subsidiary of a subsidiary of MD was wound up, it might be that it was decided best to remove MD from the joint ownership with Merzcal for a reason related to this.
Or it might be that it was desired to have the ownership of SEL (the owner of the club) in a single ultimate entity (so MD or Merczal or a NewCo).
Presumably now a third party could buy the club by simply buying Merzcal Investments or SEL from Merzcal Investments.
Does buying the club via on offshore entity provide benefits to buyer, seller or both.
Seems to me these are the questions that follow?
One of those will be Southend Utd and maybe Chesterfield complete with Kacper. Now that would be Kismet!!How r u so sure ,there will b another ‘Wrexham ’& ‘Notts Co ‘ next year
Great stuff RHB !One of those will be Southend Utd!!
Unless by some miracle we get into the play offs and get Notts County in the final, yes?Yes, it is imperative that Wrexham and Notts County get promoted.
There is more chance of you being on Love Island than that happening and that is slim to none.Unless by some miracle we get into the play offs and get Notts County in the final, yes?
Ron's been practising these over here in readiness, obviously...That's the benefit of having a company registered in the BVI. On top of the 0% corporate tax rate, a company registered there does not have to:

Are you on the selection panel for the audition I recently went to then? Is this your way of saying I didn't get on the show? There is more chance of you being on Love Island than that happening and that is slim to none.
You don't need help doing that. That's it, humiliate me on a public forum, why don't you...

If the latest filings have been interpreted correctly, SUFC is now owned/controlled by a completely anonymous entity. A tad concerning really while we hope and wait for a rescue from new ownership.
Top 2 go up automatically, 3rd to 8th goes into the play off.One of those will be Southend Utd and maybe Chesterfield complete with Kacper. Now that would be Kismet!!
No. Exactly the same as this seasonTop 2 go up automatically, 3rd to 8th goes into the play off.
Ron seemed to suggest in the press conference that he was going to ditch that meeting. Not sure if he actually has?Something for Paul F @Shrimperstrust to bring up tomorrow or is that meeting now not happening!?

So what does this mean for the club / situ?
