SUFC: The Future SUFC up for sale

Our hopes and visions for the rebirth of Southend United, plus any plans published by the consortium for discussion

Couple of bits of bad news:

  1. Southend United's FF application is NOT on tomorrow's planning committee agenda at Southend Council, that means that if it was an approval issue holding the sale up, that won't be resolved.
  2. We will remain in an embargo until the club is sold. Even if Ron clears this WUP he is clearly not interested in funding the club beyond it's very existence. HMRC won't have received any money and so we'll likely be in this position again until the club can change hands.
HAVE A GREAT EVENING EVERYONE.
Cheers mate. Always nice to have some news to lift the mood.

Presumably SUFC would have the benefit -all the time that they can play at Roots Hall. What's your point?

Incorrect.

In order to bind the benefit needs to run with the land. It needs a property that benefits from it.

But even if there is property that benefits from it would the owner of that property want to spend money taking someone to court to enforce it?

I have explained this to you several times (here’s me explaining it to you way back in 2010) so I’m not sure why you continue to get this so wrong?

I did wonder whether something might be up. We’ve had quite a full house of submarines floating around SZ tonight. Let’s see what, if anything, emerges.
