What a depressing thread, I'm really beginning to fear the worst.
Two thoughts about the recent posts. First the consensus seems to be Ron is playing silly buggers. I'm not so sure, maybe the DD has resulted in indemnities or warrantees that Ron simply cannot provide because he's bust?
Second, I can't see administration as a way out if it's only SUFC that enters administration as this would still leave Ron in charge of Roots Hall and the mythical new ground. Who would take on the club and it's dwindling assets in these circumstances?

This is what i've always assumed. Kimura's DD all surrounds what could they end up liable for, not can they pay less. That said, it shouldnt take this long to remodel. I am nervous.

Does look that way. Guess it comes down to how much kimura want to buy sufc. Ron is right when he says it's in kimura hands whether they take punt on us or not. It could in theory all change when d day arrives on the 12th if kimura are the only option left.

Surely if the DD has shown up something that could not be reasonably known at the stage of the agreement, then there needs to be an adjustment to the agreement. Assuming this is the sticking point I would have thought it highly unreasonable to expect the original agreements to still remain in place. If this is Ron’s stance then I can’t see how things move forward
