I can say that as it stands Kimura have not pulled out of the deal. However, as far as I'm aware they have still not been granted exclusivity and as a result, DD has not properly commenced yet. I stand to be corrected if the above is not correct, but that is what I have been told today.

Unsure how correct your info is, but I'm pretty sure a few people have mentioned DD is/was well underway and commenced.

Certainly not questioning your credibility here as I know you're a very well respected poster. However, I have been told that DD is complete and it's the skeletons in the closet that are being worked through now.

As I said, I stand to be corrected. (And hope I am to be honest!!!) What I posted earlier was told to me today by somebody who will more than likely be involved in the DD process themselves.
