Tensions are high! And rightly so, it a tough time for the club.

But I've said it a couple of times now, this process was always going to be long and the "ITK" posts saying it will "Be done this week" have really caused alot of stress.

The looming deadline of July 12th is all we have to care about and aslong as things are done by then we are happy.

Players will come and go and targets will always get missed but we should remain confident that once the sale is complete, we should have enough quality in the team to be comfortable next season

Just worth considering that things might get a little bit worse before they get better. Key players and coaches could leave but we will be in a better long term place.

Yesterday's WUP hearings against 4 "Martin Dawn"-branded group companies have all been adjourned to 6th September 2023.

Clearly more evidence shown of money coming by way of the sale of another group company.

we strip and relay the pitch every year - it's paid for by the 'hire the pitch' thing they do every May where you hire a morning / afternoon / evening slot whereby anyone can play on it.
My Sunday team did it last year - cost about £1200 for a 3 hour afternoon slot. Rhys asked me if we wanted to do it again this year.
That is what pays for the ripping up and relaying the pitch.
The pitch hire only finished on 31st May but yes seems a bit later this year.

They must rent it out to a hell of a lot of clubs, Orient's pitch is costing them £800,000.
