You know, in all of this mess, Julie Martin is the person I really feel for the most. I have no proof whatsover, just a gut instinct, which is that she is trapped in a nightmare that she has no chance of getting out of either. She is likely to be a completely powerless pawn in this game too, and the poor women probably needs our help and compassion far more than most people would understand.

She has been vilified, had people camped outside her home (gilded prison), I am sure that she has no idea what has been put into her name, and how much of her independent personal assets are no longer in her control - and I suspect that it is most. or all of it. She probably could not leave the marriage if she wanted to, as knowing the sort of character he is, she will have precious little freedom and her friends and wider family have probably given up hope that she can escape a stockholm syndrome situation. As I say, zero evidence or proof of this, but there is a pattern of behaviour here, and it is not pretty!

One of my unreliable sources tells me the deal with the Aussies is on the point of collapse over Ron’s demand for hair care product. He insists on five years free supply of shampoo, the Aussies are adamant they will not go beyond two.

I was in a position where I was a company director for around 5 years on at least 2 different limited companies, and I had absolutely no idea that my name and personal information had been used behind my back by the person who was at the time the person I trusted the most. When I found out, and I found that my signature had been forged on so many occassions (including for bank accounts that had been opened in my name with my details) that when I tried to take back control I had one hell of a fight to prove that the fake signatures (which bore little resemblence to mine) and the accounts being created were all fraudulent. That alone cost me a fortune in solicitors fees, time spent speaking to the police etc - only for a judge to throw a fraud case out that the police had spent months building because I was married and in his opinion all of this needed to be dealt with under civil rather than criminal law. Thankfully, the law has changed now and financial abuse is now a criminal offence, but this can and done happen, probably all too frequently. Even so, it costs fortunes to try to unravel, which is not easy when your assets have been systemeically moved out of your control.

Now of course I am not suggesting for a second that this is the case for Mrs Martin, but the point is that so much of the law around creating a limited company and adding people / taking people off as directors is not policed in any way, and the whole thing is taken on trust. Which only works if the individuals concerned are honest and trustworthy! I firmly believe that Mrs Martin is an honest and trustworthy woman, but she is married to someone who's moral code is a tad "off"!

Unfortunately you and I don't know what the rental agreement is, if it's down to them then yes but if it's down to the club then it's RM.

I don't see people threatening the other directors of the club for doing nothing.

The people I feel sorry for are the individuals and businesses he's either knocked or paid late, us fans and the players/ management but not his wife.

believe me, I know all too well how it is to be trapped in in a no-win situation, and no-one had any understanding and no one believed me! This is where I can draw a parallel as on the surface, my life was lovely too - but it was a horrible hell hole behind closed doors. Unfortunately, your view, whilst totally understandable, is exactly the reason victims of this sort of thing cannot get out of bad situations!

By the time I realised how bad things were, I was in a position where a totally false narrative had been painted, even to my own family and friends, and I was apparently the "unstable and delusional" one. And there was a huge amount less money involved. Please just think about this. Just because it is hidden, doesnt mean it is not happening!

No-one will believe that the spouse is just as much of a victim as the poor staff, the businesses he has knocked etc.
