Not being facetious, but I honestly don't think it is a question worth asking if you are looking for a serious answer. Nobody knows. Even interested parties or RM probably don't know. And if you do get an answer, take it with a pinch of salt rather than hang on to it.

It won’t be Macquarie. They might finance an acquisition or investment but they wouldn’t be at all interested in owning a NL club.

It’ll be someone much smaller.

My gut feeling… Ron has dipped his toe in the for sale market and it didn’t work out so he’s now looking for additional investment to continue his FF & RH development dream. Currently, that’s the Australian dollar and he’s busy selling his plans to them! I hope I’m wrong and way off the mark but this horrible thought won’t go away…

I do however have a positive feeling about today. For many reasons.

Maybe just maybe there’s a slight chance that the embargo is lifted today as we could potentially pay HMRC today. Would be nice to get 2/3 new faces in as backups before the Oldham game, we definitely need them.
