Thing is if we get a defender coming in this January window, Rory Mcardle for example maybe, who would he replace? Phillips or Barker? Or just be a back up? For me Phillips is that bit more consistent than Barker, although Barker is our captain and a natural leader and a huge man at the back. Phillips is wicked in the air, don't know how many goals he chipped in this season too!

Pato is out on loan so 9. I wonder how much Sampson getting a loan extension will depend on how well pato does at forest green. Do we need pato on loan to be able to afford Sampson?

I doubt we're paying very much for Sampson.
