I did wonder that, but a good start at home is very important and therefore you want your best players out there. I reckon he will play and the business of a transfer will take care of itself next week.............unless the deal is already done obviously. This is very unlikely because no one on here has told us about it yet:smiles:

Like the look of this, got pace on the bench like Weston( Defo most effective from the bench) and also Hunt and Hurst. Those 3 coming on I think could really cause teams trouble. think Dan could start in goal( maybe his last game) so let's give him a reception to remember. If he stays or goes will always be a Southend Hero, and a product that we as a club should be proud of. Be nice to score a couple today and see some more goals at home this season. UTB

The above is on the assumption that Hunt is not 100% fit to start, if he was I may change it to 4-4-2.

I think my line up is attacking, and is a system where everyone is playing their best positions imo (i.e Timlin holding mid/Weston on the wing).
