Love how going in the north bank makes one a hardcore supporter.

I really don't get your stance here. Far from a 'Pony Cup'. A great opportunity for us to reach a final which we should try and do.No. I'm in no position to sneer at anyone.
I'll also be there tomorow.
I'm more concerned with doing our best to move up the table and back to where we belong in the EFL.
Imagine a bunch of Southport cloggers smash Pepple or the like and put him out for the season for a pony cup. The whole point of having a squad is to use them and minimise the risk in lesser games and not risk players we don't have to.
fully agree with this. this cup could be the only piece of success we could have this season as getting the playoffs looks very tough but a day out at Wembley would be amazing.I really don't get your stance here. Far from a 'Pony Cup'. A great opportunity for us to reach a final which we should try and do.
I agree that we should rotate the squad but still have the hard hitters on the bench.
If you were referring to the Essex Senior Cup I'd understand but not this Trophy. It's a serious competition. Far from being a 'Pony Cup'.
As one of my SZ posting colleagues regularly states,‘let’s smash these two Bob mugs’..
start off strong, early subs once we’re 3 ahead… sit on lead and ride our luck.. like we normally do
Southport have sold just over 100. The other 500+ are our sales in the NB. Should be able to get a bit of atmosphere going with those numbers and hardcore fans in there.
Wow, big dilemma for me and her then. Our days of being hardcore are probably past us now and although we always contribute to atmosphere. my days of full time stand up are long gone, I fall over. I bought tickets in the North as I couldn't get any in the East, so we will sit down, we will back the team and thank you for the warm welcome to the North Stand. That's what I thought. Good numbers and certainly better than having fans in the Southbank.
One hopes that the 500 odd that have chosen to go in there are doing so because they want to generate an atmosphere, not just sit down and not back the team.
Who's Pebble? One of the Flintstones?Surely the word has got around about Pebble by now and he will literally be a target for defenders from now on as Southend's dangerman and key striker.
Well stone me! Fat finger syndrome now correctedWho's Pebble? One of the Flintstones?
Well I remember Colchester getting laughed at by our supporters for being in non league and saying they had won the FA trophy.I really don't get your stance here. Far from a 'Pony Cup'. A great opportunity for us to reach a final which we should try and do.

I'm mainly there to avoid the **** legroom in the East tbhThat's what I thought. Good numbers and certainly better than having fans in the Southbank.

The ghastly Liverpool cup final suits are still for sale on eBay. ;-)Bespoke tailor for the squads Wembley suits will take a fair chunk of that
Hornchurch, Canvey Islands and Grays Athletic say “hold my beers”, “we have made the final and won the FA Trophy”Well I remember Colchester getting laughed at by our supporters for being in non league and saying they had won the FA trophy.
Now, we've been in non league longer than out 6 fingered friends and are getting excited about the FA trophy.
I just want to get back into the EFL and actually leave the trophy well and truly behind.
Does that mean I don't want us to progress in this year? No, I'd love us to progress and win something, I just wish we werent part of it.
Is that after he was subbed on in the 65th?Bonne brace then subbed after 68 mins? You heard it here first
