I’d like to see us rest a few players and change it up a bit.

Collin
Wind Taylor Golding Gubbins Ralph
Coker Morton Appiah-Forson
Bonne Waldron

(Don’t think I’m missing anyone)

Then the usual startes to come on if needs be I.e Bim, Miley, Bridge, Husin.

Not sure if Kendall is cup tied for this.

Keen to see Waldron with a chance now Walker is injured and perhaps save his Southend career.
Kendall was an unused substitute for Woking as they prevailed on penalties against Havant & Waterlooville, so he is not cup-tied.

Going back to my Roots on Saturday (cue Odissey). All the plastic seats in the East that we would normally sit in have gone and wooden ones don't work for us, so it's the North Stand and the Burger bar for the Southport soirée.

Even though it looks like Danny Waldren does not feature highly with Kev, I would really like the bloke to start this one, just to satisfy my curiosity and because he's not been given a fair crack of the whip in my opinion. How some on here can say he's not up to it is beyond me as he's not had a decent chance. I'd pair him with Bonne and see what happens.

I did check that and appears to have been an unused sub for Woking in the last round.

I’d go:

Collin
Taylor, Golding, Gubbins
Wind, KAF, Coker, Morton, Ralph
Pepple, Kendall
Bridge is way overdue a spell on the bench, so would have Gubbins in and Ralph to LWB. Pepple and Kendall to start to continue the partnership and hopefully get a couple between them. Would like to see Waldron play a decent part too though.

Why do you want to be knocked out of a cup with a Wembley final?
I dont but these games give opportunity to other players to get games.

It may be a Wembley final which is great for us but the winners literally get a title and next to no money for doing so.

If we get several first teamers injured then people will ask why we risked them in a meaningless trophy match

I don't think we're in a position to turn down possible titles

Would be a lot more confident when the likes of FGR,York and Barnet amongst others are eliminated but feel confident we should be in the hat in Monday's draw
Barnet are away to Altringham
York away to Gainsborough

Both of theme could be tricky

FGR are at home to Chorley

Frozen pitch looks a possibility, did I read somewhere we have now invested in heat lamps?
