Thats made that interesting then. I wonder if they knew that. No way should Bridge of stayed on regardless to avoid making injuring worse.

Not quite, subs could only be made in 3 windows during the game. Unfortunately that window was used shortly before Bridge pulled up injured.

Yes this is what I was thinking although by the end I'm not even sure he was physically able of even taking a decent penalty.

That is not the case. A temporarily injured player can return to take part in a penalty shoot out. Similarly, at lower levels, a sinbinned player whose period off the pitch had not expired can take part.

So it's an extra opportunity to make a sub not an extra sub. So we had made 5 out of 5 allowable subs.

If only Bridge had gone down holding his head we could've made a concussion sub!

If only we had managed the game better via time wasting like others do to us, and prevented Charlton from scoring!
