Well blow me down with a feather, I've just been told that a friend of my mum has just bought a flat (fully furnished) in Brentwood from none other than Mr Ronald Martin. The "property developer" has actually developed some property!

Maybe this will be the key to the stadium project and to the war chest :winking:
